The developed countries of the world are getting better and better and the developing countries are moving towards progress. State development means the development of the country's economic infrastructure, transportation system, and development of buildings.

The land is limited but the population is growing unplanned and will continue to grow in the future. The basic needs for human life in this particular land, such as food, clothing, shelter, education, etc., are gradually increasing. At the same time, unemployment is increasing. Therefore, along with meeting the basic needs, measures have to be taken to eliminate unemployment.

There is no substitute for civil technology in the construction of well-regulated and well-planned urban housing, multi-story buildings, improved roads, railways, bridges, culverts, airports, etc.

Institute of Science and Information Technology is working continuously to produce more skilled engineers in civil technology.
